Q: Can I pick up my order in person?
A: We don’t have a permanent physical store just yet! All our gear is currently packed and shipped directly from our base in Kuala Lumpur. However, we love meeting our community, so we will occasionally pop up at local creative markets.
If you catch us at a pop-up, you can absolutely grab your gear in person. Follow our Instagram @olengxco to see where we pitch our tent next.
Q: How long until my order ships?
A: We move steady, but we don't keep you waiting. Once your payment is confirmed, our team takes 1 to 3 business days to carefully pack your order (we pack with care, not in a panic).
Once it is handed over to our courier partners, we will send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
Q: When will my gear arrive?
A: Once your package leaves our hands, the estimated delivery times are:
Malaysia (Local): 1 to 4 working days to reach your doorstep.
International: 3 to 8 working days.
A quick note: Sometimes the journey takes a little longer due to unforeseen weather or international customs clearance. If your package seems to be taking an unusually long detour, let us know!
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: No guessing games here. Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your gear and your final destination.
Q: Will I have to pay international taxes or duties?
A: If you are ordering from outside of Malaysia, your package may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by your destination country. These charges are standard practice for international shipments, and the responsibility falls on the customer to cover them. Oleng & Co. does not collect or cover these fees.
