Q: What is Oleng & Co.?

A: We are a creative lifestyle brand built for the everyday explorer. Through our apparel, goods, and our mascot Udam the Malayan Sun Bear, we celebrate finding beauty in the unpolished moments of daily life.

Q: Do you have a physical store I can visit?

A: Not Yet! Our main hub is currently online, shipping all our goods directly from our base in Kuala Lumpur. However, we love meeting our community in person, so you will occasionally catch us popping up at local creative markets and events! 2. PRODUCTS & SIZING

Q: How do your clothes fit?

A: Comfort is key! Our apparels are designed with a relaxed, oversized fit, and comfortable drape. We recommend checking the specific size chart located on every product page before checking out.

Q: The item I want is sold out. Will it be back in stock?

A: As an independent brand, we focus on high-quality, limited-batch production to ensure every piece is crafted perfectly. Some items are limited-run and won't return, while core classics will be restocked. Follow our Instagram @olengxco for the latest restock announcements.

Q: Will my Oleng & Co. shirt shrink after washing?

A: We work closely with our local production partners to test our fabrics (including pre-wash tests on our heavyweight materials!). However, to keep your gear in perfect condition, we always recommend washing in cold water and hanging them to dry.


3. ORDERS & SHIPPING (The "Quick" Answers)

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We want to make checkout as smooth as possible. We accept Visa, Mastercard, E-wallet and DuitNow (for our local Malaysian explorers).

Q: Where do you ship?

A: We ship locally throughout Malaysia and offer international shipping for our explorers across the globe!

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

A: We process orders pretty quickly to get them on their way to you! If you made a mistake, please reach out to us at enquiries@olengxco.com within 24 hours. Once an order is handed over to our courier, we can no longer make changes.

4. COLLABORATIONS & BULK ORDERS

Q: Do you offer custom design services?

A: We do not offer custom illustration or design services for other brands. Udam and our graphics are exclusively designed in-house for Oleng & Co.

Q: Do you do wholesale or corporate orders?

A: Yes! If you are interested in ordering our goods (like our tote bags or stationery) for corporate gifting or wholesale, we require a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 100 pieces. Please reach out via our [Contact Us] page to chat with our team.
