Because Oleng & Co. operates on a deliberate, limited-batch production model, all sales are final once shipped. We currently do not offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind or accidentally order the wrong size.

A gentle reminder: We highly encourage you to review our sizing charts carefully before completing your purchase. A boxy cut is meant to be loose, but you still want the right fit!


Q: What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

A: We believe in finding beauty in the unpolished — but a torn shirt or a smashed package definitely doesn't count. We give the utmost attention to our products and packaging, but if your gear arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we’ve got your back.


Q: How do I request a defect exchange?

A: You have 7 days from the date you receive your package to report any damage and request an exchange. Here is how to do it:

  1. Shoot us an email: Contact us at enquiries@olengxco.com. (Please note: Items sent back to us blindly without requesting an exchange first will not be accepted).

  2. Show us the issue: Include your Order ID, a receipt/proof of purchase, and clear photos of the damage or defect.

  3. Wait for the green light: We will evaluate the issue. If your exchange is accepted, we will provide you with detailed instructions and a return shipping label to send the package back to us.

  4. The Resolution: Once we receive the item, we will arrange for a fresh replacement to be sent your way (or issue store credit if that specific limited-run item is sold out).


Q: What condition does the item need to be in?

A: To be eligible for a defect exchange, the item must be exactly as you received it—unworn, unwashed (please don't do your own shrink tests!), with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
