Since Oleng & Co. operates on a limited-batch production model, all sales are final once shipped. We currently do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or sizing issues. We highly encourage reviewing our sizing charts carefully before completing your purchase.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at enquiries@olengxco.com within 7 days of receiving your package. Please include clear photos of the defect and your Order ID. We will evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement or store credit accordingly.
